I was going to try and sell this on DP, but my iTrader was too low so yeah. Here it is. Kind of a guide for newbies.
Perpetual Income Online

4. One or Two IP addresses – can be taken from any free proxy site, or you can buy a virgin one or two for a few bucks.

Here's a quick overview of the programs.
Brring – Hooks you up to a random phone number. For example, if your phone number is 508 555 5555 you can go on and change it to 642 2446 4542. When the second phone number is called, there is a 10 second ad and then they are transferred to you and your actual phone starts ringing. You get 5 cents for everyone who calls and listens to the ad. Brring.com
Craigslist – Most of you know about these, classified ad sites. Pretty much you put up an ad and people respond to it. Craigslist.org
Hits4Pay – Kind of like InboxDollars but more reliable. 2 cents per email read, 1 cent per refferal email read, and there are first level and second level referrals. Hits4Pay.com
IP Adresses – Makes it so that you can post multiple ads on Craigslist without your ads getting flagged (taken down) or ghosted (not showing up).
Points2Shop – One of those websites that pays you to complete offers and you get rewards. The only good thing about it is you get $1 per referral that signs up. That's all I will be talking about, but you can do the offers if you want as well. Points2Shop.com
First, get a 2 PVA's off of an internet forum such as blackhatworld.com or forums.digitalpoint.com. We are going to use these for Brring and CL.
Brring requires you to sign up and then confirm your phone. They call you, tell you a code, then you have to enter it into a box and then you are all set. Easy, just request your seller of the PVA's to do it for you.
CL requires you to do this as well, but most PVA's are sold already confirmed to CL. So you're all set there.
Next, go to Hits4Pay and sign up for an account. I urge you to make a free Gmail account at Gmail.com so you won't have spam in your inbox. All you will need to do with the emails are read them for a few cents every day. Takes 10 seconds to set up.
One or Two IP addresses – For those of you who don't know, an IP is how websites track you, how you are identified online. You can either change it by restarting your modem/PC, more info on that here. If you want to do it from your computer, all you have to do is find a free IP list like this one. Once you have an IP and a port you want, assuming you are using Firefox follow these steps.

* Check “Manual Proxy Confiruration”
* Enter the IP and Port from the proxy list
* Check use this proxy for all protocalls
And you should be using your new IP.
Points2Shop.com – A freebie website. We will only be using it to get referrals, $1 a pop. Takes 2 minutes to sign up. Just verify your email.
Weebly.com – If you want to create a free website, this is the place to do it. Takes 2 minutes to sign up. Just verify your email.
Once you have this all set up, scroll down to see how to start.
How to Start
Great, you have all of your accounts set up. Save all the usernames and passwords in a notepad document, just in case you forget them.
Time to monetize!
Posting on CL is very easy. All you do is post one or two different ads per IP and per PVA account that you purchased/made earlier. In the ads, we are going to say something along these lines.

What I did there was act real. You don't want to be selling iPods for $5. You don't want to link to a website in your CL ad, it will get flagged in 4 minutes. Instead, let the emails drift slowly to your inbox, as well as the people calling your phone. There's no reason for them to flag it because you haven't responded to the email yet, and you have your phone off. You also want it to be good for them, you drive to them with a cheap iPod, what's better?
After 24 hours, take action. Ignore your phone, you have already made money off of that. For the emails, just copy paste an email that says something like this.

That is a very, VERY basic email. What I tend to do is create a free website at Weebly, something like www.mylilsecret.weebly.com and send them there. Then I have a redirect script found here and I send them to points2Shop.com. Tons more people will click on it because it isn't a blatant referral link.
I usually get about 100 phone calls in a 24 hours period and 50 emails. Not bad, $5 for phone and $2 for referrals assuming 2 out of 50 sign up. So $7 for one ad, since you have a few PVA's you can post 2 ads per PVA, that's $42 daily for posting 6 ads. Pretty good?
And the best part is, posting the ads takes 7 minutes and the emails take 10. That's 17 minutes for $42. Upscale it, hire a few CL posters, get a few more Brring numbers, and the sky is the limit with this one.
I also tend to post an ad under Women Seeking Men saying hot brunette seeking phone sex, you won't BELIEVE how many calls you get... Disconnect your voicemail though, you don't want voicemails, trust me I learned the hard way...
Next, on the side, I like to use a site called Hits4Pay. As I mentioned, this site pays you to read emails, but like P2S we will be using it to get refferals. The best part about this is that there are TWO levels of referrals. Your refferals, and then the referrals that your referrals get. And you earn a cent when any of them reads an email.
Don't worry getting refs for this is easy as hell. Go to any PTC site, such a Valuebux.com or Neobux.com. Buy 500 “mini” clicks for $5. This means that 500 members of these sites will view your ad before it gets taken down. Don't have $5? Get your friends to sign up, just make sure it's not at the same IP.
Here's the catch → it's a mini advertisement. This means that they get HALF a cent for clicking it. So anyone who is established anywhere making money WILL NOT click this. You only get the desperate people who will sign up for anything to make them money.
This is where I use weebly. I just throw together a page saying like 2 cents make more than any PTC site blah blah blah CLICK HERE (aff link). Make sure that they can read it in 15 seconds, because they only have to view your ad for 15 seconds before getting credited their half a cent.
So lets do some math.
You spend $10 for 1,000 mini clicks.
100 of those people sign up.
50 of them get 3 referrals each.
Now you have the 100 first level referrals as well as 150 second level referrals. That's 250 referrals.
Each of these referrals clicks once on an email. This is very low, all of my referrals usually click 4.
Assuming that, you will make your investment back in 4 DAYS! And then you are making $2.50 or more every day for free. I have upscaled this, I have around 200 first level and 650 second level, so I make at least $8.50 a day.
You can also use the mini clicks for Points2Shop.com. I've tried it and easily made back my investment because each ref is a dollar (you only need 5 out of 100 to sign up) but they usually don't complete offers like the Hits4Pay refs do.
In my opinion, Hits4Pay is better for truly perpetual income because once you get the referrals, you keep the referrals. People on P2S rarely complete an offer because of how much work it takes, but reading an email is easy.
Last tips - Don't log onto P2S from more than one IP.

Cashing in on Twitter: The Easy Way
I thought I would share this since it would be difficult to saturate it. This has been making me the bulk of my twitter income (nothing else I have done comes close). I'm getting several thousand PPC clicks per day (across about 2,000 accounts). This is not a hand-holding post - here are the broad strokes:
1) Get signed up with a place that will pay you per click. These are numerous (and yes, they all shave but that's just part of the business).
2) Create lots of accounts with hot chicks, etc. I wrote an automated tool for this, but there are loads of them out there.
3) Put an "about me" link on your profile that goes to your pay-per-click link, preferably masking your referrer unless your ppc network allows twitter traffic.
4) Follow, follow, follow. It doesn't matter who you follow - just follow. Use an automated tool that supports multiple accounts. A decent percentage of people will actually click on your "about me" link after they receive a notification that you are now following them, especially if you use a picture of a girl that's hot. Tip: Tile your hot chick's image into the background (you can do this via the account settings and via the API).
5) It doesn't matter what you tweet, if anything. Just don't put anything that makes you seem fake. I usually put at least 1 tweet (making sure it's the top tweet on the account) saying something like "My new facebook is: http://bit.ly/blah" where bit.ly/blah also leads to your CPC link. Whatever you want.

Even ATM got Virused!
Believe it or not; this is the year of 2009, where all internet-connected devices got infected! None of them can can be considered secure anymore (at least for those which have been attending the competition for more than 12 months). Let’s name it - floppy disk, CD, DVD, USB drive, Email Attachment (including most of the common extensions; .exe, .doc, .vbs, .zip, etc) - none of them have no viruses anymore! Even new devices such as BlackBerry and other kind of Smart Phones got their own viruses! This include the mighty Apple products which supposed to claimed themselves as one of the securest computers with no viruses now cornered to promote compatible Anti Virus for their machines!
But what makes me laugh (really, I’m laughing when I heard this news) is that even an ATM (Auto Teller Machine) now got their own virus! Maybe we’re not going to call it Virus since we do know a little bit about all malicious softwares characteristic - then lets call it Keylogger/Trojan. Of course, due to the function of this malicious software which going to infect one particular ATM machine and steal any information - such as bank account and PIN number of the customer card (and please assume that they will also copied all of your credentials magnetic card information, since it’s not too hard to read, believe me). Doing this, they’ll be able to steal your money directly! The question left will be - is it possible?
Not because of what Kaspersky said to the media, but it’s more onto the logic of virus infection to one particular machine, I’d like to say that this kind of a Virus is possible to make (and perhaps not that hard when you know the basic knowledge of the ATM machine itself). Why? Because even Kaspersky said that this Virus is not affecting any major banks in any countries yet (in fact there are only very little amount of ATM being infected by this Virus) which can also be assumed that in order to run this Virus, one ATM need to meet basic requirement!
What do you think the requirement will be? Since I am not the expert of ATM technology or anything - I can only guess that one of the requirement can possibly be the ATM’s operating systems! Will you get the big picture if I said that there are several ATM machines that uses Windows and even run Internet Explorer around? Then, will you call this infection possible? Hehehe! Don’t be so skeptic about the ATM technology - allow me to show you this:

What makes this even scarier than those news regarding to the Internet-banking stealer trojans is because:
Due to very limited access to any ATM machine (customers won’t be able to do Virus scanning on ATM machines)
Due to the number of all ATM machines that one bank might have - even when one got infected, they will not be able to clean the viruses up in time, several customers might got their information stolen.
Both the bank and customers won’t be notified (manually or automatically) when one particular ATM machine got infected by this kind of a Virus.
Even though security camera implemented around the ATM area - there still are several ways to deceive it; let’s count Camera Jammer as one!
So far, Diebold is the only one kind of an ATM machine that reported to be infected by the Virus (don’t exhale your breath and relaxed first - even in Indonesia we’ve got this kind of a machine; check the BCA ATM machine right on the left side of Istana Korea restaurant, near beside Grand Indonesia Mall), however, when they reach NCR as one of their victims - everybody will quit using ATM and Fast Cash machines worrying about their credentials! LoL!

Due to the number of all ATM machines that one bank might have - even when one got infected, they will not be able to clean the viruses up in time, several customers might got their information stolen.
Both the bank and customers won’t be notified (manually or automatically) when one particular ATM machine got infected by this kind of a Virus.
Even though security camera implemented around the ATM area - there still are several ways to deceive it; let’s count Camera Jammer as one!
So far, Diebold is the only one kind of an ATM machine that reported to be infected by the Virus (don’t exhale your breath and relaxed first - even in Indonesia we’ve got this kind of a machine; check the BCA ATM machine right on the left side of Istana Korea restaurant, near beside Grand Indonesia Mall), however, when they reach NCR as one of their victims - everybody will quit using ATM and Fast Cash machines worrying about their credentials! LoL!
